TAMPA, Fla. - UNF hit .304 in the second set to even things at one, but USF's (2-0) 13 blocks allowed the Bulls to take the match in four Saturday, Jan. 23.

Bre Walp led the Ospreys (0-2) with 10 kills on .368 hitting in her second game in the Navy and Gray.

Inside the Sets

Set 1 (19-25): There were eight ties in the first set … USF outscored UNF 11-5 to close out the opening set … USF had four blocks and hit .222 to UNF's .091
Set 2: (25-15): UNF took the 1-0 lead and never looked back, using a 7-0 and 5-0 run to even things … North Florida hit a match-high .304 in set two.
Set 3: (23-25): USF took the lead early, going up by as much as six at 19-13 … The Ospreys closed the gap though, cutting things from 24-20 to 24-23 after two kills and a USF service error … Marta Cvitkovic closed the set with a kill for USF.
Set 4: (16-25): Kirby Smith put up four kills in set four in her second match back since 2019, although seven UNF attack errors caused an early North Florida lead slip in the fourth.
