COLUMBIA, S.C. - UNF (2-5) took an early 4-1 lead thanks to a four-run outburst in the second inning, but South Carolina slowly entered back into the game thanks to a pair of home runs as the Gamecocks (6-2) held off North Florida, 6-5, in a seesaw affair Tuesday, Feb. 25.

Streaking
A pair of Ospreys are putting together a nice hitting streak to start the season. Junior
Raff Libunao has been taking advantage of seven starts in right field, posting a five-game hitting streak that includes two multi-hit games. Against South Carolina he worked three full counts and went 2-for-2 with a run and two walks.
Sophomore
Grant Grodi started off the year on a six-game hitting streak before having it snapped at South Carolina. Grodi is hitting .300 (9-for-30) with a pair of doubles.
Senior
Tanner May is riding a five-game hitting streak and a six-game run scored streak. He's crossed home twice in two contests.
