LEADERBOARD: No. 13 North Florida men's golf posted a 292 in Monday's opening round at the NCAA Louisville Regional led by senior Philip Knowles even-par 71 performance on the layout of the UofL Golf Club.
FIRST TEE
- Senior Philip Knowles shot an even par 71 to end the day among the Top 20 individuals (T16)
- Fellow senior Travis Trace closed his first round with a birdie on the 18th hole to shoot a 73 (T35)
- Senior Jordan Batchelor and junior Michael Mattiace both finished the opening round tied for 44th after matching rounds of 74
- Senior Andrew Alligood rounded out the Osprey lineup with a 78 (T67)
- Ospreys front nine included just four birdies, but UNF doubled that total with eight birdies on the back nine
