Brandon Reitz spun his second consecutive quality outing and the bullpen twirled 3.0 scoreless frames as the Ospreys (21-16, 7-5 ASUN) overcame NJIT, 8-3, putting the period on a series sweep of the Highlanders (11-18-1, 3-9 ASUN) Sunday, April 14, at Harmon Stadium.

Chris Berry has walked 24 times, making it the fourth consecutive year of his career in which he has walked at least 20 times. The third baseman has 111 free passes for his tenure at UNF, good for the second-most in UNF Division I history. He needs only three more to set the new school record.
Pitching Wins Ball Games
UNF's arms put together arguably their best series collectively this past weekend. Six different arms combined to spin a 1.33 ERA, fanning 24 batters while allowing only five walks and 15 hits. They permitted only three extra-base hits this past weekend, holding the Highlanders to a .190 batting average.
Nick Marchese dealt the longest outing of his career, a 9.0 - inning complete game triumph Saturday.

Brad Deppermann became the sixth UNF pitcher in the program's Division I history to eclipse 200 innings pitched for his career. He's just under 27 innings from setting the new UNF Division I record for innings pitched. He fanned a career-high 11 batters Friday against NJIT, giving him 197 for his career. He needs 13 more punchouts to set the UNF DI record.
Pesky Prather

Jay Prather is leading the ASUN in hitting 37 games into the season, batting a scorching .395. He is currently ranked 41st in the nation in hitting. Compared to his junior season Prather is hitting .109 points higher, has seven more runs, one more hit, two more walks and .130 more points on his on-base percentage.
