Jay Prather had his 18-game reached base safely streak snapped Friday against Columbia. The Jacksonville, Fla., native is hitting .384 with seven doubles, two home runs, 18 RBI and a team best 21 runs. His glove has been reliable as well, converting all 91 of his chances. He currently ranks first in the ASUN in hits (33) and 11th in the nation in the same category.

Eddie Miller is on a roll to start 2019. The southpaw is tied for the league lead with five saves, averaging a save every other appearance he makes. Through 10 outings and 17.2 innings he still hasn't allowed an earned run, holding batters to an anemic .136 average. He's only permitted one extra-base hit, striking out 21 to only four walks.
USF
- The Bulls are 11-7 this season, having played four games against Power Five programs and another four contests against ASUN teams.
