UNF Ventures to Colorado for Weekend Tilt

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – North Florida men's soccer ventures to the state of Colorado to take on RV Air Force and No. 6 Denver this weekend as the Ospreys wrap up their four-match slate of consecutive road matches.

North Florida enters the weekend 0-4 on the season after falling to Georgia Southern (3-0) and No. 23 Tulsa (3-2) last weekend.
Freshman Nick Lodovico scored his first career collegiate goal in the 3-2 setback while goalkeeper Philip D'Amico registered five saves in his first start as an Osprey.

Scouting RV Air Force
The Falcons come into Friday's match with a 3-1 mark on the season and receiving votes in this week's United Soccer Coaches Poll. Austin Dewing leads the Falcon scoring attack with three goals while a trio of Falcons have scored one goal. Air Force is scoring 1.5 goals per match and outshooting their opponents by a clip of four shots per match.

Goalkeeper Andrea Seazzu has 11 saves and is 3-1-0 on the season with a 0.48 goals-against average and .846 save percentage.

Head coach Doug Hill is in his 12^th season leading the Falcon program and has a career record of 95-98-23.

Friday's match marks the first all-time meeting between the Falcons and the Ospreys.

Scouting No. 6 Denver
The Pioneers, ranked sixth in this week's United Soccer Coaches Poll, will battle No. 13 Colgate on Friday before facing the Ospreys on Sunday. Andre Shinyashiki is tied for third in the NCAA with five goals while Moshe Perez and Stefan DeLeone have found the back of the net once. Perez paces the offense with three assists in three matches.

Goalkeeper Nick Gardner is 3-0 on the season with two saves, a 0.67 goals-against average and .500 save percentage.

Head coach Jamie Franks is in his fourth season at the helm of the Denver program with a 49-8-8 career mark.

Series History
Sunday's match is the second all-time meeting between UNF and the Pioneers with Denver leading the all-time series, 1-0. The Pioneers edged North Florida 1-0 in Denver on Sept. 17, 2016.
