HOW IT HAPPENED
THOUGHTS FROM THE TOP
"I thought we had a good gameplan, but the the result at the end of the first half was unfortunate. We created chances going forward, and their goal in the first half was originally offside, but the referee overruled the call. It was very unfortunate for us to be down at half. In the second half I thought we came out with good energy and tied it up, but we shot ourselves in the foot by giving up the goal two minutes later when we had the momentum. We had some nice balanced possessions and were better with the ball tonight and dangerous in the midfield with our counters. Air Force a dangerous filled with experienced players, but now our focus is on Denver for Sunday night." - Head coach Derek MarinatosÂ
