- Through the first eight games, the UF bullpen has allowed just three runs over 26.2 innings of work (1.02 ERA). Six different pitchers have yet to allow a run out of the pen, led by Tommy Mace (6.0 IP), Michael Byrne (4.1 IP), Jack Leftwich (4.0 IP) and Hunter McMullen (3.2 IP).
- Senior JJ Schwarz hit two home runs last week, giving him 40 HR and 195 RBI in his career. He is now fourth all-time in career RBI and tied for fifth all-time in career home runs.
- Junior Blake Reese leads the team with 10 RBI on the season. Entering 2018, he had just 12 RBI in his career. He already has five multi-hit games this year -- he had only three entering the season.
