Men's Basketball Begins Mayan Division Play of Cancun Challenge on Tuesday

OPENING TIP – The North Florida men's basketball team begins the international portion of play for the Cancun Challenge against Southern Miss on Tuesday at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya Ballroom. The Ospreys will face either Jacksonville State or Western Carolina on Wednesday.

LAST MEETING: North Florida topped USM, 53-46, to earn the first in-season tournament crown of the program's Division I era | Ospreys held the Eagles to just 13 points in the first half (24-13) | Brad Haugabrook scored 11 points as UNF's leading scorer while USM was led by a double-double from Gary Flowers (20 pts/12 rebs)
