JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida women's tennis shut out USC Upstate on a breezy Thursday morning to remain undefeated in ASUN play.

RESULTS
UNF (12-7, 4-0 ASUN) 7, USC Upstate (2-17, 0-4 ASUN)

QUICK HITS
- North Florida clinched the doubles point with a win in the No. 1 position after Upstate tied the doubles with a win in the No. 2 spot. Luise Intert and Quetzali Vazquez buckled down for the victory.
- Vazquez clinched the victory for the second straight match in the No. 4 spot with a 6-0, 6-2 win. She is now on a six-match win streak.
- Irina Karangozishvili also extended her win streak to six matches with her victory in the No. 3 spot.
- Sophomore Rafaela Gomez gets her 12th singles win of the season and is now 8-2 in the No. 2 position.
- Intert is now on a five-match win stretch as she downed her opponent, giving up just two sets in the win.
- After dropping her singles match against Lipscomb, Michelle Valdez had no trouble taking the match with a 6-0, 7-5 win in the top position.
