
Men’s Soccer Wraps up Non-Conference Against College of Charleston

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The North Florida men's soccer team completes its non-conference portion of the schedule hosting College of Charleston on Wednesday at Hodges Stadium. UNF partners with the ZTA Fraternity for Think Pink Night.

About the Ospreys
North Florida (1-7-1) dropped its second-straight ASUN Conference match, 2-0, at home to FGCU. UNF has netted eight goals this season, while Adrian Nunez fronts the team with four and Micah Smoak has found the back of the net twice. Juanes Fajardo has started four of the last five matches for the Ospreys and has combined for 24 saves. He leads the conference with 5.40 saves per game.

Scouting the Competition
The Cougars (2-5-2) are 0-4-2 in their last six games and come off a 0-0 tie in double overtime to Elon on Saturday. During that stretch, CofC has played in four overtime games and have scored three goals. Leland Archer and Tucker Heffron lead the team with two goals each, while three different players have scored once.
Series History
The teams have only met twice with CofC owning a 2-0 record. Both meetings were on neutral sites in Greenville, S.C. The Cougars took a 4-0 victory on Sept. 7, 2014 and a 3-0 win on Sept. 9, 2009.
