@OspreyMBB Wrap Up Road Swing Saturday at Kennesaw State

Game Notes (pdf)

KENNESAW, Ga. -- The North Florida basketball team will conclude their Atlantic Sun Conference road trip Saturday against Kennesaw State at the KSU Convocation Center at 2 p.m.

The Ospreys (15-11, 7-2 ASun) look to rebound falling a disappointing loss at USC Upstate on Thursday night. The loss snapped a program record four-game road win streak. Kennesaw State (9-17, 3-6) topped Jacksonville on Thursday winning their third game in their last four contests.

Against Upstate, Chris Davenport led the way with 17 points followed by 11 from Beau Beech. The Ospreys and Spartans battled to a 36-36 tie at the half before an Upstate scoring flurry midway through the second half proved to be the deciding factor.

In the first meeting between UNF and KSU this season, the Ospreys dominated play in the first half before holding off a late run by the Owls en route to an 86-67 victory at UNF Arena on Jan. 29.

As part of the Atlantic Sun's ESPN3 on Campus initiative, Saturday's game will be part of the league's weekly package and
available online at ESPN3 as well as on the WatchESPN app.

After the rematch with KSU, North Florida returns home for a pair of games beginning Thursday night against Lipscomb.
