Game Notes (pdf)CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- The North Florida basketball team looks to regain its winning form on Wednesday afternoon as the Ospreys continue their week long road trip at Austin Peay at 2 p.m. (CT) in the Dunn Center.
UNF (7-7) has dropped its last two games following a hard fought 87-84 loss on Monday night at Tennessee Tech. Austin Peay enters the meeting at 4-8 on the season having lost at Lipscomb in their last competition on Dec. 21. The Governors are 3-1 at home and have not played game in over a week.
Against TTU,
Dallas Moore led the way scoring 20 points, which marked his eighth 20+ performance of the season.
Trent Mackey and
Beau Beech each added 18 points for the Ospreys who also got 12 points from
Chris Davenport. Senior
Jalen Nesbitt pulled down a career best 11 rebounds in the game to go along with nine points, four assists, three steals and two blocked shots.
The Ospreys wrap up their busy week of play on Friday at Alabama.
