KSU tied the score with a pair of runs in the bottom of the third inning.  After a fly ball recorded the first out, back-to-back singles gave Kennesaw State runners at first and second.  A wild pitch advanced the runners into scoring position.  A single scored the first run of the day for the Owls and left runners on the corners.  KSU used a sacrifice fly to tie the score, and a fielder's choice ended the inning with the score tied 2-2.
