
Ospreys Set for Final Regular Season Matches

The Ospreys (5-9-3, A-Sun 2-4-2), still has a chance in their quest for a berth into the A-Sun tournament. For the Ospreys to play on Halloween in the tournament, they will need help from other teams in the conference.
Regardless to what happen in the standings the women must win their next two matches to obtain 14 points and hope for some help in the conference.
Lipscomb (3-13-0, A-Sun 1-7-0) is 10th overall in the A-Sun standings and comes into this weekend's match with a five match losing streak. The Ospreys lead the all-time series record 2-1-1. Lipscomb's leading scorer has been Kate Spellman with four goals on the season, which is the same goal count as she had in 2008.
The Bison have scored 12 goals this season and have allowed 41 goals. Opponents have averaged 2.56 goals per game and have induced 97 saves split between Lipscomb's goalkeeper's Erin Zerio (39) and Ally Marler (56).

UNF's forward Katelin Swift is currently third in the A-Sun in points (19), goals (8) and goals per game (.47). She remains ranked high in the conference despite her not scoring a goal the past three matches.
