
Lady Ospreys drop dual to Eagles

Freshman LynAnn Nelson picks up two wins
STATESBORO,
Freshman Lyn Ann Nelson led UNF with wins in the 1000-freestyle and 500-freestyle. In both events, she dominated her competition. Nelson finished 18 seconds ahead of GSU's Meredith Fehr in the 1000-free with a time of 10:35.62, and in the 500-free, her time of 5:08.55 was nearly five seconds faster than the Eagles' Ali Campbell.
Junior diver Emily Eisenhower claimed first place in both 1 and 3-meter diving. Junior Debbie Rapoza was right behind with second-place finishes in both events. Eisenhower and Rapoza have finished No. 1 and 2 in all but one of UNF's duals this season.
Freshman Patricia Lanoue picked up UNF's other top finish after swimming the 200-butterfly in 2:09.42 to edge out junior Caroline Poling.
The Lady Ospreys will return to action next Saturday in a double-dual against
