
Moore's 13 points not enough at Wofford

UNF's offense failed to get itself jumpstarted at the beginning of each half, and eventually dug a hole that was too deep to crawl out of in the second half.
Shandrea Moore led the Lady Ospreys (4-7) with 13 points and five rebounds, while Dominique Barbosa scored seven points off the bench. Liz Miller led Wofford (7-4) with a game-high 14 points, Summer Nichols followed her with 11.
Wofford's biggest advantage came from the free throw line where it hit 21-of-25 shots compared to UNF's 7-of-17 shooting from the charity stripe. UNF also committed a season-high 32 turnovers in the game.
The teams picked up where they left off in their first meeting in the opening half, playing to a defensive stalemate. Wofford finally made a run, grabbing an 11-point lead before UNF cut it to seven. The Lady Ospreys trailed 30-23 at the half.
UNF went scoreless from the field for the first seven minutes of the second half until
Wofford won the battle of the boards 40-37 and blocked six shots compared to five for UNF.
UNF returns home on Wednesday when it hosts
