
UNF goes 1-2 at Georgia Tech

Results
ATLANTA, Ga. - The
University of North Florida swimming and dive squad
capped off a stretch of three meets in nine days on
Sunday with a victory against New Orleans in a four-
team meet at the Georgia Tech Aquatics Center on
Sunday.
UNF edged out New Orleans 125-112, while falling to
Georgia Tech 185-58 and Emory 168-75.
Krysten Nemecek helped UNF earn the win against
New Orleans, finishing second in the 200-breastroke
in a time of 2:29.00.
Freshman Maria Bianchi put together a strong finish
in the 200-IM, finishing third with a time of 2:14.77.
Emily Eisenhower helped the Lady Ospreys earn
points on the diving board Sunday, making her UNF
debut with a third-place finish in the 1-meter
competition and a fourth-place finish in the 3-meter
competition.
The Lady Ospreys will close out regular season
competition Jan. 26-27 with back-to-back
competition days against Gardner-Webb and Georgia
Southern.
