JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (March 6, 2005) - Coming off back-to-back disappointing losses, the University of North Florida women's tennis team rebounded on Sunday, disposing of conference foe UNC Pembroke, 9-0.
The win improves the Lady Ospreys to 7-2 on the season with a 3-1 Peach Belt Conference mark.
"The team came in and took care of business," UNF head coach Tom Schrader said. "We were very confident coming into today's match, and it showed. We looked a little tired, but the girls realized what they needed to do."
North Florida won every match in straight sets except for one.
