Morgan Luckie

Morgan Luckie was named to the Osprey’s staff as an assistant coach in March of 2019. She was later promoted to associate head coach in April of 2024.

The appointment reunited Luckie with her former college coach, Eric Faulconer. at Armstrong State University. Luckie also served one season as an assistant under Faulconer at Armstrong.

In 2025, Luckie helped lead the Ospreys to 9-4-7 overall record, including a season-opening road win against Miami and a scoreless home draw against Florida. They advanced to the ASUN Championship tournament as the No. 4 seed with five All-ASUN selections, a pair of ASUN All-Academic selections, an ASUN All-Freshman honoree and the ASUN's Defensive Player of the Year, Zara Siassi. Siassi also went on to be awarded the program's first All-American honor and second Academic All-American distinction in D-I history.

In 2024, Miliancano returned in between the sticks starting every contest but one, making 53 saves in 19 appearances and recording a save percentage of .726. She logged the second most minutes on the team with a total of 1,626 and also tallied six clean sheets on the season, playing a pivotal role in the Ospreys 10-match unbeaten run that lasted from Sept. 22 to Nov. 3.

In 2023, Miliancano was named Atlantic Sun Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year before suffering a season-ending injury early into the campaign. Junior Sarah Barrentine stepped up, making 41 saves from 17 appearances, recording a .651 save percentage and logging the second most minutes of any Osprey at 1,318.

In 2022, goalkeeper Sofia Miliancano finished the season with 0.397 GAA (best in program D1 history), good for fourth in the nation while conceding just four goals through 906 minutes played.

In her first season mentoring the Osprey netminders, North Florida finished the season with a progam best 1.06 GAA led by Rhiannon Conelley's 1.00 GAA (3rd best in program DI history) which included 39 saves, 10 wins and 4.5 shutouts.

Luckie was a four-year standout and two-year captain goalkeeper at Armstrong from 2012-2015. During her four-year career she was twice selected as All Southeast Region by the United Soccer Coaches organization. She also garnered Peach Belt All-Conference, All-Tournament, All-Academic and Presidential Academic Honor Roll recognition during her career. She was selected as the goalkeeper for the Armstrong State all decade team and was chosen by the NCAA for their degree completion award.

First all-time in ASU program history in goals against average and second all-time in saves and shutouts, Luckie helped lead Armstrong to three NCAA tournament appearances, a Peach Belt Conference regular season and tournament title, an NCAA regional championship and a No. 1 final regular season national ranking in 2012.

After completing her playing career, Luckie joined the Armstrong staff as the goalkeeper coach for the 2016 season, where she helped guide the Pirates to an overall 14-5-2 record and a NCAA round of 32 appearance.

She has her United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeper Level 1 and 2 diplomas and serves on the state ODP staff of Georgia as a goalkeeper coach. Luckie also started the Outside the Box goalkeeping academy in 2018. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Armstrong in Health and Physical Education and her master’s degree in Professional Communication & Leadership from Georgia Southern University.
