As a sophomore, 2006-07: (Cross Country): Ran in three of the Ospreys' six meets... best time and finish of the season came at the FSU Invitational where she finished in 51st place with a time of 21:04.42... the time at the FSU Invite is a career best. (Indoor Track): Participated in the mile at the Florida Intercollegiate on Jan. 13, finishing in 5:47.83. (Outdoor Track): Competed in five of eight meets participating in the 800m and 1500m... finished the 800m at the FSU Invite in 2:25.17, taking seventh place... posted best 1500m time while at the FSU Relays finishing in 5:00.71 for an 18th place finish.
As a freshman, 2005-06: (Cross Country): Ran in six of seven meets for the Ospreys... Posted best finish (5k) at the Appalachian State Invitational on Sept. 2 (67th) and best time (5k) at the Gator Invitational on Sept. 9 (20:37.37)... (Indoor Track): Posted top-20 finishes in the mile three times... Highest placing in the mile was at the Atlantic Sun Championships on Feb. 17-18 (10th)... (Outdoor Track): Posted finishes in five meets, competing in the 1500m four times and 800m three times... finished 11th in the 1500m at the USF Invitational (5:18.82) on March 10-11... posted best 800m time at the Spring Fling on March 18 (2:31.17), finishing 6th.
High School: 2005 graduate of Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville, where she graduated with a 3.5 GPA and in the top third of her class ... participated in cross country and track for four years with the Crusaders, acting as team captain in 2004 ... earned all-state, all-district and all-region honors her sophomore, junior and senior years in cross country as well as track & field ... posted a career-best 5k time in cross country at the Class 2A state meet in 2004 (19:38) ... ran the 1600m and the 3200m in track, posting career-best times of 5:30 in the 1600m at the 2004 district meet and 12:03 in the 3200m at the 2005 district meet.
