Elizabeth Homan joins the Ospreys as a graduate assistant for the 2025-26 season.
Homan was a class of 2025 participant in the “So You Want To Be A Coach” Program.
The Cincinnati, Ohio, native was a three-year captain at Ohio Wesleyan University. She was named the 2023-24 North Coast Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year and was a three-time All-Conference Selection.
Homan was the NCAA Division III season assist leader in 2023-24 with 208 assists. She ranked third in the NCAA Division II with a 2.57 assist to turnover ratio in 2024-25.
Homan is the all-time assist leader at OWU and the North Coast Athletic Conference leader in career assists with 700 career assists.
She led Ohio Wesleyan to two conference tournament championships, one regular season championship and three NCAA Tournament runs including a Sweet Sixteen appearance.
Homan was selected twice as Academic All-District and graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree: Health and Human Kinetics.
She is currently pursuing a master’s degree.
