"Mikayla is an offensive machine and she has a natural ability to get out of the sand and terminate the ball. In addition to being a great beach player, Mikayla is coming off an impressive indoor season that landed her a spot on the state all-star team. She is competitive and will be a great addition culturally to our team."

- Made great strides as a freshman, playing in the lineup three times while tallying nine appearances in extras play.
- Posted an 8-1 record in the extras position as well as a 1-2 record overall
- Played the majority of her matches with Zoe Cahill, going 6-1 in the extras position
- Started the year with consecutive wins, including a straight-sets win with Kenzie Murphy at the five slot against Mercer Feb. 24
- Turned in four-straight wins at the extras position to close the year
