2017-18: Best times in XC: 16:06.5 (5k), 26:17.5 (8k), and 34:04.0 (10k) ... Best times in track: 2:39.37 (1000m) and 9:04.56 (3000m).

HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: Letterwinner in cross country and track at Lake Highland Prep... Finished 9th at the 2015 State Championship in cross country... Three-time All-Region honoree in XC... Member of 4x800m Regional Championship squad as a senior and also claimed a regional crown as a sophomore on the track... Also played basketball for the Highlanders.
