- Notched a second-place finish in the 200 butterfly against FGCU, swimming a season best time of 2:06.49, and the fastest time of the season for UNF.
- Collected four second place finishes at different dual meets throughout the season.
2019-2020 (Junior)
- Notched four first place finishes at different dual meets throughout the season.
- Swam a lifetime best time in the 200 butterfly (2:03.65) to take 5th place at the 2020 CCSA Swimming & Diving Championship.
2018-19 (Sophomore)
- Helped UNF claim second in the 200 medley relay (1:49.35) October 20.
- Touched the wall second in the 200 fly (2:08.47) at the FSU Directional November 3.
- Second place 200 fly (2:07.94) January 12.
- A “C” qualifier in the 100 fly (57.84) at the CCSA Championship.
- Secured a “B” qualifier mark in the 200 fly before taking 15th in the same event at the CCSA Championship, posting a time of 2:07.50.
2017-18 (Freshman)
- Claimed first place in the 200 medley relay (1:48.09), 200 fly (2:07.89) and 100 fly (58.37) October 7 against FIU and Georgia Southern.
- Touched first in the 100 fly (58.33) November 4 at Florida State.
- Helped break 200 medley relay (1:45.24) and 400 medley relay (3:47.68) at the Panther Invite.
- Took second place in the 100 back (1:00.87) against UNC Asheville January 26.
- Was a first place finisher in the 100 fly (58.84) January 27.
High School
- Competed in four years of varsity swimming at Jupiter High School.
- Her teams were country, district and regional champions.
- As an individual, Groth was named all-conference, was a district and regional champion and owns a school record.

- Daughter of Sue and John Groth.
- Has two siblings, Spencer and Sierra.
