University Of North Florida Athletics Announces Cameron Osburn And Niti Modi As Newest Members Of Development Team

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – University of North Florida Athletics announced the hiring of Cameron Osburn as Associate Athletic Director for Athletic Development and Niti Modi as Coordinator of Athletic Development Events and Donor Engagement on Tuesday.

"We are very excited to welcome Cameron [Osburn] and Niti [Modi] to UNF Athletics," Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development Derek Marinatos said. "Both bring exceptional experience in donor engagement, relationship building and creating meaningful supporter experiences. Their addition strengthens our commitment to growing philanthropic support and enhancing connections with Osprey donors, alumni and fans."

Osburn arrives at UNF following a successful tenure at the University of Miami, where he served as Director of the Golden Canes Society, Miami Athletics' premier leadership giving organization. In that role, he oversaw donor cultivation, stewardship, annual giving strategies and member retention efforts while helping drive record fundraising success for the program.Â

Before joining Miami, Osburn served in leadership positions within the University of Wyoming Athletics Ticket Office, including Assistant AD for Ticketing & Sales. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to generate revenue growth, engage supporters and create innovative strategies that strengthen athletic department fundraising and fan engagement efforts.Â

Modi joins UNF from Gator Boosters at the University of Florida, where she served as a Graduate Assistant in Stewardship and Donor Relations. She played an important role in coordinating donor engagement initiatives, supporting major gift stewardship efforts, planning donor events and creating impactful experiences for athletic supporters.Â

In addition to her advancement experience, Modi has extensive event management, hospitality and customer engagement experience through Florida Athletics and her entrepreneurial work operating a boutique catering business. Her diverse background will support North Florida Athletics' efforts to enhance donor experiences and execute premier development events.

"I'm ready to put my best foot forward towards making a difference with UNF Athletics through donor engagement, building events that will support the department and learning what it is like to be part of a team of equally invested and talented individuals."Â
Osburn and Modi will play key roles in supporting philanthropic initiatives, donor stewardship, fundraising events and engagement opportunities that help provide resources and opportunities for UNF student-athletes.
