Doctor Named ASUN Player Of The Week

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – North Florida Volleyball fourth year outside hitter Kaili Doctor earned Atlantic Sun Conference Player of the Week honors on Monday.
It marked the first time this season that an Osprey collected a weekly award.
As of Aug. 31, Doctor leads the ASUN in kills, kills per set, points and points per set. She recorded a match-high in kills in all three of North Florida's matches last week.
Across three matches and 11 sets played, Doctor tallied 52 kills total, 15 digs, 5.00 points per set, 4.73 kills per set and .252 hitting.
Doctor posted a match-high 10 kills to go with four digs and one block at SEC opponent Georgia in North Florida's season-opening match on Aug. 28.
Doctor notched a career-high 28 kills on .490 hitting and eight digs in North Florida's win against Furman on Aug. 28.
The Pittsburgh, Pa., native capped off her performances at the Classic City Clash with a match-high 14 kills to go with three digs and one ace in a win against George Washington on Aug. 29.
North Florida hosts the UNF Invitational Presented by Holiday Inn Express and Suites from Sept 3-5. North Florida will face FIU on Thursday, Sept. 3 at 6 p.m. ET.
