
Women's Tennis Improves to 12-0 With Road Win Over Colorado State, 5-2

FORT COLLINS, COLO. – North Florida Women's Tennis remained unbeaten and improved to 12-0 on the season, defeating Colorado State, 5-2, at CSU Tennis Complex on Saturday.
Sophomore Aryana Bartlett and freshman May Fadida secured a dominant win to open doubles play at three, 6-0. Senior Luarie Barendse and graduate Isabel Oliveira clinched the doubles point for North Florida with a victory at one, 6-3.
In singles, Fadida extended North Florida's lead with a quick win at four, 6-0, 6-3. Senior Jasmin Makela put North Florida ahead, 3-1, following a hard-fought victory at six, 7-6, 6-1.
Oliveira clinched the match for the Ospreys at two, earning the win, 7-6, 6-2.Â
Sophomore Gabby Goyins added a come-from-behind win at five to tally North Florida's fifth point, 3-6, 7-6, 10-5. With the victory, Goyins improved to 12-0 in singles action this season.
