Women's Tennis Remains Unbeaten With Win Over Air Force, 5-2

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, COLO. – North Florida Women's Tennis improved on its unbeaten mark in 2026, defeating Air Force, 5-2, to move to 11-0 on the season at the U.S. Air Force Academy on Friday.

North Florida dropped the doubles point, though the Ospreys stormed back in singles.

Senior Laurie Barendse, sophomore Aryana Bartlett, freshman May Fadida, sophomore Gabby Goyins and graduate Anslee Long all earned first-set victories on their respective courts.

Bartlett tied the match, 1-1, with a dominant win at three, 6-1, 6-3.

Goyins gave North Florida the lead with a victory at five, 6-3, 6-1. Goyins remained unbeaten in singles play this season and improved to 11-0.

Long extended North Florida's lead to 3-1 with a win at six, 6-4, 6-4. Fadida clinched the match victory for the Ospreys with a singles win at four, 6-3, 6-4. Barendse tallied North Florida's fifth and final point of the match with a win at one, 6-3, 1-6, 6-3.
