JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida baseball takes to the road once again for a weekend in the Peach State facing West Georgia for the second time this season from Apr. 17-19 in Carrollton, Ga.

Last Time Out
The Ospreys are looking to get some momentum back on the road after recent losses against Stetson and Bethune-Cookman. UNF was 8-5 over their past 13 games before its matchups against the Hatters and Wildcats. Both UNF and UWG are tied in the ASUN Graphite Division at 7-8 in conference play. Nick Monile holds a .344 BA for the best on the team, followed with Cade Bush and Mitchell Collins with averages over .310. Will Ross and Bryson Treichel continue to be mainstays in the starting weekend rotation with 88 combined strikeouts.
Scouting West Georgia
West Georgia holds a 16-18 overall record with a 7-8 mark in ASUN play. The Wolves are an even 10-10 record in home games with five of them coming in conference play. Since the Ospreys last saw UWG, they have gone 1-4 over their past five games with the lone win being against Jacksonville in the series opener last weekend. Lane Pearson has been steady for his squad with a 2.08 ERA and a 5-1 record as their Friday ace, while Cooper Prince continues to lead them from the plate batting .357 on the year.

UNF has an all-time record of 1-2 against the Wolves with all four games occurring earlier this season. UNF took the first game of their home series, 7-4, but dropped the final two matchups against UWG.
