
Schroeder Finishes Sixth Overall at ASUN Championship

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Kaitlyn Schroeder finished sixth overall with a score of 9-over 225 at the ASUN Championship tournament at RTJ Golf Trail at Hampton Cove on Monday afternoon.
The Ospreys completed the tournament in seventh-place led by Schroeder's performance over the early week, followed by Helen Zhou who placed in the top 25 as well. Schroeder earned her sixth top-10 placement of the season, while Zhou made the top 25 overall for the third time in her career.

ROUND REFLECTIONS
- Schroeder started her day with six straight pars and added a birdie to help reach 9-over 225 combined for a top-six finish.
- The redshirt sophomore added a top-five mark in par-four average (5-over), a top-five mark in par-five average (1-under) and a top-seven mark in birdies with nine total.
- Zhou earned two birdies in the final round to be ranked 24th overall on the player's leaderboard.
- Casilda Allendesalazar had the best final-round score of the day at 4-over 76 with three birdies, which included starting 1-under through the first seven holes.
- Kaitlynn Washburn and Braydn Smith wrapped up the postseason for the Ospreys inside the top 50.
- UNF earned a top-five mark in pars with 141 total, along with 25 total birdies during the three rounds of play.
