DIAMOND PREVIEW: vs Florida / at Make It Happen Games

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida softball looks to continue its hot start to the season with a rematch at home against No. 3 Florida on Wednesday, Feb. 19, set for 6 p.m., at UNF Softball Complex, followed with the Make It Happens Games from Feb. 21-23 in Madeira Beach, Fla.

The Ospreys are on a four-game win streak with victories in nine of their last 10 games. Allison Benning and Macie Hunolt are both coming off of being awarded ASUN Player & Pitcher of the Week respectively after dominant performances in the JU-UNF Invitational.

There will be no stream against Florida on Wednesday. All games will be streamed through Athletes Unlimited at the Make It Happen Games. Updates for the UF game will be made through live stats, as well as on X/Twitter at @OspreySB and Instagram at @OspreysSB.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida softball pulled out its fourth win of the JU-UNF Invitational in a 4-1 victory against MTSU to finish out the weekend on Sunday afternoon.

The Ospreys faced off against the Blue Raiders in a game that started at 9 a.m., due to weather concerns later in the day. After a defensive battle through a pair of frames, Allison Benning gave herself run support and smashed a solo bomb for put a number on the scoreboard.

Two more runs scored in the fourth inning for UNF after a stolen base plus an error that brought in an unearned run. Kirsten Caravaca put a nail in the coffin of MTSU with an RBI single in the fifth to secure another win in its rematch against the Blue Raiders.
