Ospreys Fall Short in ASUN Quarterfinals Matchup
FORT MYERS, Fla. - North Florida women's tennis (12-10) drops its first round match to Florida Gulf Coast (13-9) on Friday morning.

Dropping quick points on all courts, the Ospreys needed to stage a comeback on all to claim the doubles point. Amy Kaplan and Alisa Lyshko were leading the comeback for UNF to tie the set on their court, but play was halted due to the Eagles winning on the other two courts to five them the 1-0 overall lead.
After going down 1-0 to FGCU in doubles play, the Ospreys had to win four courts in singles play to move on in the ASUN Championship. The Ospreys continued to struggle in singles play, which led to their defeat on three straight courts and gave the Eagles the win, 4-0.
