JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Christin Eisenbeiss etched her name in the North Florida women's golf history books, as she scored 8-under 64 in the opening round of the Momentum Transportation UNF Collegiate to become the record-holder for lowest 18-hole mark on Monday afternoon.

Eisenbeiss completed her first day of play with a three-stroke lead for first overall at 11-under, with the second round being halted due to darkness. The Ospreys are tied for second overall as a team, leading over Power Five school, Iowa, as well as ASUN opponents, Kennesaw State and Eastern Kentucky.

ROUND REFLECTIONS

Eisenbeiss recorded eight birdies and 10 pars for during her program-record performance of the 8-under 64 first round.
She dominated from all facets on Monday, with top-three marks for par-three (2-under), par-four (5-under), and par-five (4-under) holes.
The senior also has the lead for birdies through the first day with 12 total, which is two more than the second-best mark.
One Kashima had her best stretch in the second round with 13 pars and two birdies through 16 holes, as she sits tied for 37th at 3-over.
Jessie Cai had one of the most consistent rounds of the tournament, as she went 4-over for a share of 45th overall.
The senior recorded 29 total pars, which is one short of the lead among the field.
Allendesalazar also put together her best run in the second round carding three straight birdies before play stopped to be 6-over.
She joined Eisenbeiss in the top six of the par-five average scores at 3-under.
Kaitlynn Washburn had a top-eight mark for pars with 25 total on her way to a 7-over day.
Helen Zhou played as an individual unattached to UNF's score and tied Washburn's score of 7-over combined.
The Ospreys have a top-three par-three average (even-par) and the fifth-best par-five average (6-under) in the tournament.
UNF was also top five in birdies with 24 total, while recording 11 total pars through the majority of two rounds.
