MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - North Florida men's golf put together its best round of the week to jump into seventh overall to finish out the General Hackler Championship hosted by Coastal Carolina on Wednesday afternoon.
The Ospreys had great days from its core four with
Davis Lee,
Andrew Riley and
Robbie Higgins shooting at or below par.
Jason Duff finished the tournament with the best Osprey score at 2-over 218 to finish tied for 17th overall, while Higgins and Lee joined him inside the top 20.

ROUND REFLECTIONS
- Duff had the top Osprey score for the first time in his career at 2-over 218 after getting three birdies on the back nine on Wednesday.
- He completed the week with 11 birdies with at least three birdies for each round played.
- The redshirt junior notched a top-five par-three average at 1-under, while also leading the team in pars with 32 total through the week.
- Higgins matched his second round score of even-par with four birdies, including three straight birdies, to crack the top 20 at 3-over 219.
- Lee had his best round of the week with six birdies to go 3-under 69 on the day to push for a top-20 placement as well.
- Both Higgins and Lee finished with a top-10 mark in average par-five scores at 6-under.
- Riley had a solid finish with the second round under par for UNF at 1-under 71 to place in the top 50.
- He joined Lee and Higgins with an eagle on the 13th hole to combine for the team lead among the field.
- Chase Carroll joined Riley at 8-over 224 to also place in the top 50 with a share of 46th overall.
- Filippo Serra completed his final round as well, as the unattached individual placed tied for 51st.
- The redshirt freshman finished with the top par-five average at 8-under, as well as the second-most birdies with 13 total.
- The Ospreys led the field in par-five average score (28-under), while being second on par-three holes (5-over).
- UNF also finished the three-day tourney with 150 total pars, 47 total birdies, which ranked fourth, and three eagles, which led the field.

"We had a better round today to finish the tournament. We led the field in par-five scoring, which is always a goal so good to see that. However, par-four scoring was awful and that has to get fixed."
