Ospreys To Face Florida Atlantic For First Time Since 2019

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida baseball heads south for a Wednesday battle in Boca Raton, Fla. against FAU with first pitch at 6:30 p.m.

UNF completed a three-game sweep of the Yale Bulldogs to catapult themselves above .500. They are searching for its first road victory of the ‘24 season.

The Ospreys and Owls will meet for the first time since 2019, where UNF pulled out a close 9-8 victory at Harmon Stadium. Florida Atlantic leads the all time series, 5-4, against the ‘Spreys.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida baseball (4-3) wrapped up its weekend series with Yale (0-3), defeating the Bulldogs, 3-1, and securing a sweep at Harmon Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Rebound Roca

Tony Roca tossed 5+ innings of shutout work against Yale on Feb. 25. It was the first start Roca has gone over five innings since 2022. Roca struggled against Florida, not making it out of the first inning, but bounced back against the Bulldogs.

Matty Ice

Matthew Clements has had a breakout start to the season, hitting safely in six of seven games. Clements leads the team in batting average and has four runs driven in. Clements was responsible for three runs against Yale on Friday.
