UNF Bounces Back from First Set Deficit
FLORENCE, Ala. - Behind three double-digit kill performances and nine team aces, North Florida (10-17, 6-6 ASUN) bounced back from a one-set deficit to pull off a quality road win at North Alabama (14-11, 8-4 ASUN), 3-1, Sunday, Nov. 3. With the win, head coach Kristen Wright reached 100-career wins at North Florida, becoming the first coach in the program's DI era to reach that milestone.
After dropping a tough first set, UNF evaded a 2-0 deficit with a 4-0 run to close the second. North Florida seemingly took the momentum for good by erasing a 10-3 deficit to win the third before a dominating fourth.
