Ospreys Go to Queens, West Georgia
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida volleyball embarks on its first road weekend of league play when the Ospreys go to Queens Friday and Carrollton, Ga., to take on league newcomer West Georgia Sunday.

Burkhardt Continues to Produce
Amy Burkhardt's breakout senior year has the outside hitter top ten in the league in kills/set and third in the conference in total kills. Burkhardt earned her first-ever league player of the week honor last month and earned four all-tournament selections during the non-conference slate. She has also reached 10 kills in 15 different matches, while going for 20 on two occasions.
Antar's Big Day
Annie Antar had a big week last week, surpassing 2,000-career assists while also setting a single game-career high with 24 digs to go along with 53 assists in a five-set win against Stetson. The setter moved into ninth all-time in UNF history for career assists as a result. Antar leads the league in assists with 517.
Series History
Queens: North Florida has won all three meetings with Queens … the Ospreys took both meetings last year, including winning 3-2 in Charlotte … the Ospreys also swept the first-ever meeting Oct. 14 of 2022.
West Georgia: UNF and West Georgia are meeting for the first time since 1992 when North Florida won, 3-0, at the UNF Arena.

Queens is 5-10 and 2-2 in league play this season … Queens' two league wins have come against West Georgia and Stetson … the Royals are under the direction of Hannah Long in her ninth season in Charlotte … Anna Grace Sparks leads Queens with 3.12 kills/set, while five different players have surpassed 100 digs for the year thus far.

West Georgia is hanging tough in its first year at the Division I level … the Wolves are 9-7 and 2-2 in conference play, earning wins against Austin Peay and Stetson … WGU went 12-20 in its last year at the DII level … the program brings back nine letterwinners from a year ago and six starters … Mary Morgan Formby leads the offense with 2.92 kills/set.
