LAKE NONA, Fla. - UNF men's tennis' Breno Marques and Andreas Scott concluded the opening weekend of fall tennis competition with a Bedford Cup Flight A runner-up finish yesterday Sept. 24.

The duo won three matches, including victories against pairs from UF, FAU and FGCU. They came up just short of the title against UF's Nirundorn/Zgola, 6-4. 

The third day of competition also saw Chase Healey add a second singles win to his first weekend competing in the Navy and Gray. The freshman defeated Pablo Paternostro of FGCU, 6-3, 6-7 (2), 11-9.
