NORMAN, Okla. - North Florida junior Nick Gabrelcik is tabbed with his third consecutive Division I PING All-American selection of his career as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) Tuesday, June 6.

He was given second team honors after earning first team as a freshman and third team as a sophomore. The junior is the first Osprey to be selected to three different PING All-American teams and the second UNF golfer to be given PING honors three times in their career.

"It was another great year for Nick [Gabrelcik]," said head coach Scott Schroeder about Nick's third-career PING All-America selection. "It will be fun having him back for another year."

Just a few weeks ago, he was also given PING All-Southeast Region honors for the third-straight year as well. He adds these national accolades to his three consecutive ASUN Golfer of the Year honors, First Team All-ASUN awards and ASUN All-Tournament marks.

The Trinity, Fla., native is one of three players in either the first or second team to reside from a non-Power Five school. Ian Gilligan from Long Beach State and Derek Hitchner from Pepperdine both join Gabrelcik with second team honors.

His success this season has also been recognized nationally with his selection to Team USA for the Arnold Palmer Cup for a third straight year, as he is the only player on Team USA with that many selections this summer. He also was named a semifinalist for the Ben Hogan Award in April.
