
MEN'S SOCCER MATCH NOTES: AT COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida men's soccer will play its final road game of the regular season, as well as its final non-conference match, against the College of Charleston on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 6 p.m.
College of Charleston sits at 5-6-4 on the year heading into their senior day match against the Ospreys. They have a 3-2-2 record in conference play for the CAA, while also playing non-conference matchups against NC State, UAB and Memphis.
The Cougars are night and day at home versus on the road, as they have a 5-0-2 record at home and a 0-6-2 record away from campus. The Ospreys have a chance to give them their first home loss of the season on Monday night.
Chris Elliott, a freshman from London, England, has been the offensive weapon for the Cougars this year with eight goals and an assist in 14 appearances. Leonardo D'Ambrosio and Chris Matlashewski have also been impact players on the pitch with a combined nine assists on the season.
Two goalkeepers have seen significant time in front of the net for College of Charleston, but Olly Marshall leads the team with 35 saves with a 3-4-3 record in his 10 starts. Justin Bauer has also started five games for the Cougars, as he adds on 18 saves to the teams total with a 2-2-1 record in his games played.
North Florida is set to play its final two home games of the season for a chance to further its chances of clinching ASUN postseason play starting with Liberty on Friday, Oct. 28, at 7 p.m.
WHAT TO KNOW
- This will be the last non-conference match of the season, as the Ospreys are 1-4-1 in those games on the year.
 - UNF will look to quickly bounce back from their first loss in over a month before their final two ASUN games of the regular season.
 - It will also be the final road match of the year with both games against Liberty and Jacksonville being played at Hodges Stadium.
 - The Ospreys will also look to improve their record in midweek matchups, as they are 1-2 this season in those games.
 - This match will be played in South Carolina, which is UNF's fifth state outside of Florida that they've played in this season.
 - Sixth-year LJ Estes is set to return to the pitch after serving his suspension for a red card against FGCU on Oct. 7.
