JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida women's soccer plays the first of its final two matches of the regular season as the Ospreys (4-6-3, 3-3-2 ASUN) host the Kennesaw State Owls (6-8-2, 4-3-2 ASUN) on Wednesday, October 19 at 3 p.m.

The match was originally slated to take place on September 29, but was postponed due to the impact of Hurricane Ian. UNF is in match three of a four-match home stand to close the year as the Ospreys work for postseason positioning.

UNF has now spun three consecutive shutouts as a team, while notching four in the last five  contests … Sofia Miliancano is behind all four of those performances … the keeper made a career-high 10 saves in the 1-0 road win against Austin Peay, October 9  … that was the most saves by a UNF keeper since 2016 … UNF has played to consecutive 0-0 draws for the first time in the program's history … the two draws came against ASUN newcomers Queens (N.C.) and league leaders Liberty  … UNF goalkeeper Sofia Miliancano enters the contest seventh in the nation for goals against average …. her 22 saves on the year is a team-high and is tied for least goals conceded in the ASUN with just 3 in 8 games … Miliancano and the Ospreys held the ASUN-leading offense scoreless Sunday against Liberty.

Holding Down Hodges 
The Ospreys have yet to lose a game or concede a goal at Hodges Stadium this season … due to unforeseen weather circumstances, only four games have been played at Hodges Stadium, with one meeting being canceled … another match was pushed to the turf field adjacent to Hodges Stadium … in those four games at Hodges, the Ospreys hold a 2-0-2 record while conceding zero goals in each of those matches … the results include 1-0 victories over MTSU and Jacksonville State … two draws came against Queens (N.C.) and Liberty.
