2. Last Time Out
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - UNF baseball (19-21) celebrated Senior Day with some scintillating play by those being honored Sunday as the Ospreys were vaulted by Blake Marabell's game-winning solo home run in the eighth in a 3-2 win against Stetson (26-21) May 16. North Florida used nine pitchers, with lefty Eddie Miller picking up the win after  a scoreless eighth and Brandon Reitz tallying save number eight to take hold of the conference lead in that statistical category.

3. Talking Tournament Time
This is UNF's ninth appearance in the ASUN Championship since playing its first Division I season in 2006 ... the Ospreys have appeared in eight consecutive ASUN Championships ... North Florida is 12-16 in tournament play ... in its last trip to the ASUN Championship, North Florida went 1-2, defeating No. 1 FGCU before being eliminated by Liberty ... the last time UNF hosted the ASUN Championship, North Florida reached the championship before falling to Stetson ... that was in 2018.

4. Notables

In three years with Stetson, Austin Bogart predominantly appeared on the offensive side of the game for the Hatters, collecting 471 at-bats across 147 games ... on the mound he collected 36 innings over 22 appearances, going 0-5 ... he's found the right stuff since donning the Navy and Gray, posting a team-best six quality starts and seven starts of at least five innings ... over his last five starts he's tallied five quality starts, going 2-0 with 20 strikeouts and just three walks ... the southpaw is 3-2 this year with a 3.29 ERA, striking out 33 while walking only 15.

8. Timing is Everything
Scoring runs is as much about timing and hitting with runners on as anything ... senior Blake Marabell has cashed in on the regular with runners on and in clutch situations ... 9. Tough Cookie
Tanner Clark is one of the best at putting the ball in play in the ASUN and all across the country ... Clark is the toughest ASUN-batter to fan, striking out just once every 14.3 at-bats ... he's 8th in all of Division I in that same category .... he's only fanned nine times this year ... he hasn't struck out since April 23 ... he does not have a multi-strikeout game this season.
