Ospreys Move Up Leaderboard with Under-Par Score at NCAA Louisville Regional

Christin Eisenbeiss cards 5-under 67 to hold top spot for medalist honor
FIRST TEE — Round two is known as "Moving Day" in NCAA Regional play and that's exactly what the No. 11 seed/No. 41-ranked North Florida Women's Golf team did Tuesday in the NCAA Louisville Regional at the UofL Golf Course. Paced by freshman Christin Eisenbeiss' 5-under 67, the Ospreys carded a 1-under total of 287 to vault into the Top 10 heading into Wednesday's final round.

- Freshman Christin Eisenbeiss led the charge for the Ospreys, firing a second round 5-under 67 to move into sole possession of the medalist top spot with a two-day total of 6-under | Her round featured six birdies and only had one blemish (a bogey on her 9th hole), while playing her last nine holes in 3-under
- Eisenbeiss carded North Florida's first round in the 60s in NCAA Regional play and her round matched the low score of the event
- Graduate transfer Marion Debove, making the third NCAA Regional appearance of her career, recorded her best postseason score with an even-par 72 on Tuesday
- Senior Sara McKevitt boasted a 1-over par 73, one of the lowest scores in program history in postseason play
- Senior Mindy Herrick posted a second straight round of 3-over 75 and started her day with 10 consecutive pars
- North Florida boasted an under-par total for the first time in NCAA Regional play and was just the fourth under-par round of the season
- Ospreys have 116 pars thru 36 holes of play led by 27 for Herrick
