How it Happened
- McGory was the lone Osprey to cross the plate with her round tripper in the sixth inning.
- The Eagles scored in the opening frame with a sac fly and held the 1-0 lead through the fifth.
- FGCU struck again as it scored a pair of unearned runs on a single up the middle in the bottom of the fifth for a 3-0 advantage.
- UNF left four runners on base, but only one was in scoring position at second.

How it Happened
- The Eagles put up two in the first inning and another five in the second to own a six-run lead.
- UNF got on the board in the second inning when Ashley Goebel scored on a passed ball after singling to lead off the inning.
- In the fourth, Koskey hit an RBI single to make it 7-2 and then the Ospreys added another run on Goebel's RBI single.
- FGCU then added its final run in the bottom of five for the final score of 8-3.
Notes
- Goebel was 3-for-3 with two runs scored, while Paige Pfent tallied the lone extra-base hit and earned a walk in her outings.
- FGCU owned a 15-6 edge in hits and had three doubles.
