PIGG'S POINTS
Garnet
"The race was super competitive. When you put a bunch of top-25 teams in the country in the same race it is extremely competitive.  It was the toughest field we have seen in my 9 years here at UNF. It was a solid race and we handled the chaos quite well. We beat some good teams and had some very strong individual performances.  Nathan Jubran put together another really good race, one of the best of his career.  He went out in 70th place, kept moving up and competed well. Jake Turner also had another good one.  He is transitioning to 8K and college competition well and I'm really proud of how he competed. Aidan O'Gorman ran solid again and I think he will keep getting stronger. It was a collegiate best for Timothy Doyle and he closed very well.  Jared Vazquez and Robert Pedroza both also ran well." -- Head coach Jeff PiggGold
"In the gold race our guys competed hard.  Justin Tackling is handling the 8k well and is continuing to improve.  He ran smart and handled the first big race well.  Also freshman Thomas Weiler had a good day. He ran with confidence and took a good step forward." -- Head coach Jeff PiggÂ
