JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The 2020 Derek Marinatos Soccer Academy takes place on the campus of the University of North Florida and are designed for players ages 6-20 with different sessions throughout the spring and summer.

The Academy is under the direction of Coach Marinatos. The UNF Men's Soccer Program is establishing itself as one of the top Division 1 programs in Florida and also garnering national recognition with its first Division I era top 25 ranking (22) in 2016. The last four out of five years the program has had a winning record and has reached the A-SUN Conference finals in three of the last five years. The Ospreys reached the NCAA tournament in 2015 and produced its first MLS draft pick in Alex Morrell (22 pick overall). The program has produced three professional players, all former DMSA staff coaches in Alex Morrell, Kyle Nasta, and most recently, Jay Bolt.

The Derek Marinatos Soccer Academy (DMSA) will service the demand for professionally run Soccer Camps in Northeast Florida and will foster an invaluable learning experience for each camper under the instruction and coaching of college, U.S. National Staff, ODP, club and high school coaches, and current players.

The North Florida Identification Camp is designed for club and high school players ages 14-20 to demonstrate their skills in front of the North Florida Coaching staff and other colleges in attendance.

The North Florida Residential Camp is intended for High School players ages 14-20. The camp will be conducted by College Coaches as well as Nationally Licensed Coaches. The highest level of advanced tactical, technical and fitness training will be coached during the day and will simulate College training. Campers will experience extremely competitive games at night. It is a highly competitive camp for the serious soccer player aspiring to play at the next level or further those who are already there. Quality food is catered to the dorm and transportation is provided to and from the fields for each session.
*Please note: Tuition costs will increase by $25 the week prior to the start of camp as well as for day of camp walk-ups. The cost of the camp from June 19 - June 26 will be $485 for Residential Tuition and $425 for Commuter Tuition.

The DMSA Day Academy has established itself as North Florida's Premier Summer Soccer Day Camp. It is specifically designed to teach skills, tactics, and fundamentals of soccer. This will be accomplished by individual instruction by our highly qualified coaching staff and age-specific curriculum. The environment will emphasize fun. Every camper will receive a DMSA T-shirt and water bottle for each camp attended as well as one soccer ball**.
*Please note: Tuition costs will increase by $25 (to $320) the week prior to the start of each camp as well as for day of camp walk-ups.
**Only one soccer ball will be given regardless of attending multiple camp weeks.

• Campers attending more than one week of the DMSA Day Academy will receive 10% off tuition for each week (this is the only discount that can be combined with any of the other discounts DMSA offers and no discount code is needed)

• Groups of 6 or more registering for the DMSA Day Academy will receive 10% off tuition
