JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - UNF women's tennis made it seven wins in a row with a victory against Connecticut (3-8) Saturday, March 16, at the UNF Tennis Complex. The Ospreys improved to 9-2 in Jacksonville, winning their 10th match of the year.

North Florida brought it to the Huskies in doubles. Lucia Montano and Florencia Rossi lead the way for the Osprey's as they didn't drop a single game with a 6-0 win. Rafaela Gomez along with Constanza Gorches and Valentina Mariotto and Ana Paula Melilo won, 6-1, respectively.

Gomez won at one singles and Melilo took it 6-2, 6-4 at three. UCONN got its first point at the four spot as Cassie Chung upended Mariotto. Gorches clinched it for the Ospreys at five, winning, 6-2, 6-2.
