Men’s Tennis' Road Stretch Concludes in Atlanta


JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A stretch of six road matches in a row concludes in Atlanta this weekend when men's goes to Georgia State for a match against the Panthers followed by a neutral site match against Charlotte.

Last Time Out
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - A costly loss of the doubles point and a few missed opportunities in singles loomed large in UNF's defeat at Middle Tennessee State Sunday. The Blue Raiders (8-6) topped visiting North Florida (4-6) as UNF finished its weekend in Tennessee.

Against Our Opponents
  • UNF possesses a 6-4 all-time series lead against Georgia State. The two teams first met in 1984. GSU has won the last two meetings, including a 4-3 win in Jacksonville last year.
  • The Ospreys are 4-0 against the 49ers. UNF beat Charlotte, 4-3, in Jacksonville a year ago.

  • Charlotte has had five matches against Power 5 opponents, losing all five of them. It came close against No. 19 Tennessee, falling 4-3.
  • Charlotte's Luca Keist is 11-8 overall and 5-6 at the number one slot, competing at the top spot in each of Charlotte's 11 matches.
