The short story: Sophomore Teresa Conroy and freshman Mindy Herrick share the opening round lead at the ASUN Women's Golf Championship following rounds of 2-over 75 in rainy conditions at The Legends Course. North Florida tops the team leaderboard following a round of 307.

- Senior Courtney Cobb shot an opening round 77 in her ASUNÂ Championship debut end the day in a tie for 6th
- Junior Kaye Kwon finished the day T12 after a round of 80 while sophomore Sydney Shrader rounded out the Osprey lineup with an 81 (T15)
- North Florida owns a six stroke advantage heading into the second round of play
